Participants must meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years or older to enroll in services aimed at professionals, or have lawful consent from a guardian if local law requires.

You agree to use hyperfluxzone services lawfully and not to engage in activities that infringe rights of others or violate applicable regulations while using our platform.

Some services may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions due to legal or regulatory restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure you can lawfully participate from your country.

Account responsibilities

Creating an account allows access to program materials, scheduling tools and participant resources. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials.

You must provide true, accurate and complete information during registration and keep such information up to date. Incorrect information may affect your ability to access services or certificates.

Protect your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We use industry-standard measures to protect accounts but we cannot accept responsibility for access obtained through compromised credentials.

Accounts and subscriptions are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing by hyperfluxzone.

If your account has been compromised, contact our support team promptly so we can take steps to secure your account and limit unauthorized activity.

We may suspend or restrict account access if we suspect misuse, fraudulent activity, legal issues or violation of these terms. We will provide notice when feasible and explain steps to restore access.

Services offered

hyperfluxzone provides executive education, director training, one-on-one business coaching and consulting services delivered online, in-person or in blended formats. Program descriptions outline scope, format, duration and expected participant responsibilities.

We may modify course content, schedules or formats to improve quality or adapt to operational needs. Where changes materially affect your enrollment, we will communicate available options and any applicable adjustments.

Service availability may be impacted by third-party platforms, public health guidance or force majeure events. We strive to minimize disruption and will provide alternatives or rescheduling when practical.

Participant rules

To ensure a productive learning environment, participants are expected to follow these rules and respect facilitators, peers and intellectual property.

• Engage professionally and constructively during sessions and in community forums.
• Respect confidentiality of case studies and peer disclosures shared during coaching sessions.
• Follow the code of conduct provided at program start and adhere to any venue or platform policies.
• Do not record sessions or redistribute materials without explicit permission from hyperfluxzone.
• Provide timely feedback and complete agreed assignments to benefit fully from the program.
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination or disruptive behavior toward staff and participants.
• Comply with applicable laws and professional regulations in your jurisdiction while participating.

User content

You may submit content such as comments, case studies or feedback as part of participation. By submitting content you confirm you have the rights to share it and agree to the terms below.

You retain ownership of your user-generated content, but you grant hyperfluxzone a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute such content for program delivery and improvement.

The license you grant allows hyperfluxzone to reproduce, modify and publish your content within course materials, marketing (with consent) and internal analysis to enhance services.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must not upload confidential information of third parties without authorization. Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property or violates rights of others.

We may remove user content that violates these terms or applicable law. To request removal of your content contact our support team and provide details to help locate the material.

Intellectual property

All course materials, branding, methodologies and proprietary content provided by hyperfluxzone are protected by copyright, activity and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• Do not copy, adapt or distribute hyperfluxzone materials without prior written consent.
• You may use provided materials for internal learning and reference only, subject to licensing terms communicated at enrollment.
• Requests for commercial use or redistribution should be directed to hyperfluxzone for licensing discussion.

Paid services

Certain programs, coaching packages and certification tracks require payment. Paid services are governed by these terms plus any program-specific agreements provided at purchase.

Program pricing is detailed on hyperfluxzone.info and in enrollment materials. Prices are stated in the currency specified and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout.

Payments may be made by approved payment methods listed at checkout. Full payment or an agreed deposit may be required to confirm enrollment. Access is granted after payment is processed.

Subscription services, where offered, renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation rules and notice periods are explained in the subscription terms at sign-up.

Refunds, if available, follow the refund policy set out for each program. Refund eligibility depends on timing, program type and resources consumed; we will outline these terms clearly at purchase.

You may cancel enrollment as described in the program terms. Cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposits may apply depending on timing. We provide options to reschedule or transfer enrollment when feasible.

You are responsible for any local taxes, duties or charges applicable to purchases unless otherwise stated. Where required, tax will be added at checkout based on billing information.

We may adjust pricing for future enrollments; changes do not affect confirmed bookings unless explicitly stated. Promotional pricing may be time-limited.

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of access to paid services until outstanding amounts are settled.

Disclaimer

Content provided by hyperfluxzone is for educational and professional development purposes. Program outcomes depend on participant engagement, context and individual circumstances. We provide tools, frameworks and coaching to support decision-making but do not substitute for professional legal, business or medical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hyperfluxzone and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to use of our services. Liability for direct damages is subject to reasonable limits consistent with applicable law.

Third-party providers

We may work with third-party vendors for payment processing, platform hosting or delivery of content. Those vendors may have separate terms and privacy practices. We select reputable partners but are not responsible for their actions.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement as provided in the specific program terms. hyperfluxzone reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms or inappropriate conduct.

On termination, access to course materials and community areas may be revoked. Fees paid may be subject to the refund and cancellation provisions described in the paid services section.

Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the privacy policy available at hyperfluxzone.info/privacy. The policy explains what we collect, how we use it and your rights regarding personal data.

Communications

By registering you agree to receive administrative communications about your enrollment and optional program updates. Marketing communications are sent only with your consent and you can opt out at any time.

Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms of Service. Material changes will be posted on hyperfluxzone.info with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where hyperfluxzone operates. For clarity, disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction specified in enrollment agreements or, if not specified, the courts competent in Phuket, Thailand.

Dispute resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Contact our support team to raise concerns. Where disputes cannot be resolved amicably, the procedures in the applicable enrollment agreement will apply, which may include mediation or arbitration.
